Brandon C Shade, MPS, CCP – Perfusionist / Co-Founder
Brandon Shade is a graduate of Drexel University’s perfusion school class of 2008. He received his training at several distinguished hospitals in the Philadelphia area. He began his career at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He later pursued his passion for pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia working under the surgical prowess and guidance of world-renowned heart surgeon Dr. Thomas L. Spray. In 2017, Brandon completed a Masters in Perfusion Sciences degree advancement program from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In 2019, Brandon left Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to focus on the business and development of Prestige Perfusion. Married with 3 children, Brandon resides in southern New Jersey, where he enjoys spending spare time outdoors and cooking with his family.
John Haddle BS, CCP, LP, MBA – Perfusionist / Co-Founder
John Haddle is a graduate of Duquesne University’s Perfusion Technology program Class of 2001. He began his career at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and later moved over to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he has been Chief of Perfusion since 2012. John received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in 2013. John has played in role in many major projects with the University of Pennsylvania Health System including the launch of its Mobile ECMO program in 2015. Since starting Prestige Perfusion with Brandon in 2018, John has focused on the development side of the business and gaining customer accounts. Married with 3 children, John resides outside Philadelphia, where he enjoys coaching youth sports for all 3 of his children, taking vacations with his family, and spending time with his lovely wife, Lindcey.
